I’ve worked as an IBEW organizer and workforce recruitment lead while also designing and implementing digital tools such as: texting campaigns, web funnels, data tracking, and AI-assisted workflows. I can sit in a contractor’s office or a Zoom meeting with leadership, understand a problem, and then build a system that fixes it.

Turned AI into real-world turnout.
Used AI tools to design and refine text campaigns, flyers, and messaging strategy for a major job fair, helping drive 400+ attendees for IBEW recruiting.
Built an on-site interview & dispatch system.
Partnered with contractors to host hiring events in their offices, bringing organizers and dispatchers on-site to interview, classify, and dispatch We Power America Applicants immediately — speeding up hiring and increasing membership simultaneously.
Created digital funnels for leads and applicants.
Built Jotform funnels and follow-up workflows to capture applicant data, summarize it for organizers, and support systematic outreach for workforce recruitment.
Developed and maintained websites & QR-driven tools.
Designed and managed sites using Namecheap Web Hosting, cPanel, WordPress, and custom HTML — including QR-code driven landing pages to showcase projects and track engagement.
Modernized communication and reporting.
Used mass texting software and data tracking to remind members about dues, support events, and report back clear metrics on outreach, response rates, and attendance.

I aim to strengthen the IO’s digital operations by developing and maintaining web platforms, backend systems, and analytics pipelines that ensure data is captured cleanly, structured consistently, and analyzed effectively. My focus would be:

Creating deploy-ready websites, forms, funnels, and standardized data systems for locals.
Converting organizing goals into clean workflows, automated processes, and consistent reporting
